I’ve visited The Dollhouse 3 times since I’ve moved to Linlithgow and I’ve enjoyed every visit ☺️ all the staff are really friendly and I’ve been very happy with my nails every time

Staff are always very friendly. However the policy in which it states that patch tests must be done before booking is extremely unclear on the website. Unfortunately i feel this is done on purpose to increase the likelihood that you will book without one. Fortunately for them they still get to keep your money if you haven’t had one done. My suggestion would be to be more moral and not let anyone book without a patch test. For this reason, I’ve reviewed the overall service as a one star. James.

Owner Response:

When visiting the website a purple banner appears letting you know all tinting and lash services need a patch test within 24hours. Then upon picking your appointment for lashes a large pop up comes up to state you will need to visit the salon for a patch test and you are required to click ok which means you have read and accepted this needs to be done.
I'm sorry you feel this isn't clear enough.
