Pretty shocking. Had taken a family member there for a basic trim. I had asked the staff if they had experience working with black peoples hair and she said it wasn't a problem. Over an hour later that family member had their afro hair straightened and style into a middle parting that wasn't previously there. Why anyone would think this was appropriate to do this to an elderly lady is beyond comprehension, when the remit was a simple trim. I can now see why it took well over an hour, a waste of time and cash. It will take a while for her hair to grow back to reverse the damage.

Amazing experience despite restrictions due to covid. Everything ran effectively and safely. Karyn listened to what I wanted and it did it perfectly. Love the colour and cut. Still felt relaxed and enjoyed getting my hair cut. Highly recommend this salon.
