Acrylics themselves were gorgeous and I loved them! Lasted well. However, I got a removal and it was awful. My nails are now paper thin and absolute agony. I had to go to a family friend who is a nail tech to help me do something about the pain and add strength. She said they had almost filed my nails down to the skin. I cannot put my hands near warm water they are paper thin.

Instead of soaking them off, my nails were put in the acetone for 5 minutes before filing with the drill. I would have been fine with this until I discovered they weren't going to resoak. Instead took the bowl to another customer without even changing the contents. My nails would have been fine if they had been re soaked instead of filing it right down and using a file on my bare and natural nails.

I wasn't going to say anything and give the benefit of the doubt as it does hurt at first sometimes… but this is now 2 days later and I am almost in tears sometimes with the pain.

I have been going to get my nails done by the wonderful gentleman in this salon since the glass box era ! ( u know who u are I don’t know your name after all this time I’m sorry… should probs ask next time) he is just simply fabulous and can do ANY design given and always ensures that I leave happy. He always gives me the time of day and helps me decide on what I want if I’m unsure! They have every colour possible and always greet you with a smile. My nails always last and have NEVER chipped … I have been to loads of nail salons but this one is definitely the best! The salon is also so gorgeous, bright and comfortable and has a foot spa!!! Thank you for giving me gorgeous nails every single time. You’re just the best and so reasonably priced! You make my week and always look forward to coming in! Keep slaying 🤍

Initially I would have given the salon 5 stars however, a week ago I got BIAB off and on ! But it was not BIAB it was gel and my nails broke and were ragged. I returned on Tuesday as this was the first opportunity to go back . I explained what happened and 'assumed ' that this would be rectified . Not so they wanted to be paid again . Sorry not happening that I would pay twice. No one allegedly understood me and I was mortified as everyone was looking at me. Eventually I left without another £27 being paid. Sorry I won't be back as I also sat beside 2 other unhappy nail people getting things rectified.

Such a joke. 3 clients came in complaining of broken acrylics after just one week or a few days. Decided to still give them a try and my own nails are breaking too after just 4 days
