I went to thatcham nails and beauty expecting to come out happy however I was very disappointed with their service. I asked for medium length acrylics with an almond shape. After walking out realised they are lumpy, very thick and wonky. The staff were lovely but the gentleman I had was rushing and you can tell this just by looking at my nails. I’m very disappointed and definitely not worth the £35 (even tho it said £28 on the board) I will not be returning again.

Incredible work. The people are so talented. Me and my friend came in to get some summery nails and they turned out better than the inspiration photos. They also have amazing and friendly service.

Such a professional salon - the staff are all lovely and friendly and courteous. Very busy which is also a good sign. Would not go anywhere else!

I always go in here, even when the new people took over. My nails usually look fine when I come out of them, price stays the same if you’re a regular customer. I do notice though they will ask if you want a drink sometimes and sometimes they don’t. But I’m not too bothered as in there to have nails done 💅

I didn't know they have increased the prices because they charged me more money today.
They never ask me if I want tea or coffee but they do with the others customers .
They are not very capable to do the design on the nails what customers wants.
Very disappointed!!!
