Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience.

You initially visited us as a walk-in customer for a pedicure with Shellac and acrylic repair work on both toenails. During the appointment, when you mentioned that you were not fully satisfied with the finish of the pedicure, we took extra time to repeat and improve the treatment to ensure you were happy with the service provided.

We would also like to clarify that a professional acrylic powder product was used to repair the toenails. It seems there may have been some misunderstanding, as the repair product may have appeared similar to nail gel or polish during the application process; however, it was not gel polish or regular paint as mentioned in the review.

You later requested long toenail extensions; however, we explained that we did not have the appropriate toe extension tips available at that time. Before the full repair process could be completed, you decided that you no longer wished to continue with the treatment and asked for the product to be removed. We respected your decision, removed the product as requested, and did not charge you for the appointment.

We were also surprised that photos were taken during the treatment before the service had been completed. As we were still in the process of trying to correct and finish the repair work to your satisfaction, the final intended result could not be achieved before you decided to leave the appointment early.

We would also like to clarify that we did not follow or shout at you in the street. We simply came to the door to politely apologise, open the door for you as you were leaving, and see you off after your appointment. This is something we do for almost all customers after completing their appointments.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we always aim to treat every client with respect and professionalism. We appreciate all feedback and continuously work to improve our services.
