Wonderful experience here , lovely lady Julie sis my.mothers nails, it was a treat for her 89th birthday , mum had a great time and enjoyed her time with Julie,now what an amazingly skillfull lady you are, mum lobed her nails, especially the little bees you decorated her nails with along with flowers etc , we were so impressed she wants to come to you again, so Leaving from northampton every month to have her nails done, bit of a trek but so very worth it xxx

Terrible service this time. If you want it to be quick ok, but if you want attention and care don’t waste your time in this place. My nails were done for a man, he was rude and literately spent 15 min doing my nails gel. I paid £25 for the worst service I ever had. If they think this is a good service just because is fast, this is definitely not for me. Go to Diva instead on the next street, you pay a bit more but it worth it.

You were given the opportunity to choose your nails colour, and we already try to explain to you that both colour you choose are the same. One is the colour i did sample myself and others by the company sold the colour. And you keep asking my staff to get both of them while it is the same. We already try our best to explain it to you. For the time length, he did the job for for normal time scale as you have bare nails. And as everyone can see the pictures you posted, this is nothing wrong with the job he did for you.

Have used Golden Nails previously for classic manicure and pedicures. Booked these treatments prior to my holiday for 2pm. Thirty minutes later I was still waiting! This is not the first time this has happened, it appears if people just walk in they are dealt with irrespective of whether a client with an appointment booked. I decided this time that I wouldn't wait longer than 30 minutes and would find somewhere else to do my nails, which is disappointing

We are really sorry you had to wait so long. We totally understand how frustrating that can be. We always try our best to keep appointments running on time, but sometimes things get a little busier than expected. Everyone had appointments that day. We are rarely have walk in people and specially on a busy day like that. Hopefully this will makes the matter clearer.
