My first time visiting here and unfortunately not sure about writing this review but thought I might as well do it to help out anyone else considering a visit.
So first impressions were good, clean and tidy, the usual. The staff were friendly, very chatty amongst themselves. Sadly I wasn't offered a drink, even though all other customers had one. Eventually I had to ask for a water after becoming quite thirsty, even then I wasn't offered a hot drink but at least I got the water hey! The pedicure was fine, included a rather quick massage but altogether just fine. The BIAB treatment was good, timely and clean. However the quality was missing. I had rather thick BIAB nails, so not very natural looking compared to BIAB from other salons. The nails looked fine for about two weeks and then soon after they were peeling off! I was expecting at least 3 weeks before any signs of this. (Bear in mind I was using washing up gloves etc this whole time)
Sadly I had to visit another salon to get my nails re-done 2 weeks after visiting the nail retreat, which is costly and quite upsetting.
Honestly, I expected better but maybe it's because I was new and the regulars are treated better? Take from that what you will. The quality wasn't up there for me so I'll be going elsewhere next time.

I had my gels done by Millie today and I couldn’t be happier! The nails are absolutely stunning and so well-done. Millie is always such a delight to chat with, and her attention to detail is unmatched. This is hands-down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to—I already can’t wait for my next appointment!

I've been wanting to have my nails done for a while, so I popped into The Nail Retreat as it is local to me. I was able to get an appointment with Chloe who was very helpful and polite. You can park right outside the shop or very close which is a bonus.
This is my first time have acrylics and I am very pleased with the final result and they are very reasonable prices. Chloe
has done a 1st class job and i just love my nails and will definitely be making future appointments.

It was my first visit to The Nail Retreat and I am thrilled with my nails which were done by Harriet. She took extremely good care removing the old gel polish and gave me the best gel French manicure I have ever had - the attention to detail was remarkable and I love the nail art flowers I asked for. I have found the perfect place for my nails and would highly recommend to everyone! 😍
