I don't normally rate a company until I have received their products but have to make an exception here as it looks like they are never coming!

On June 25th I spent 17.90 on some CBD truffles. It is the 16th July and my item is still on 'processing'. I have sent numerous messages via the website, tried their facebook page and the provided phone number where it always goes to a voicemail no matter the time of day (and they advertise it as a number that can be reached throughout the day for CBD advice). No replies.

I chose this company because someone else who uses them recommended them, and I found their truffles to be good, plus they come recommended by others. However, my experience hasn't been good. I was hoping the product might help relieve pain and sleep issues caused by some tissue damage but since waiting for delivery it has mostly healed up now, so wasn't able to try this out, and just had to continue with mentioned issues and find something else to relieve them.

No updates on the order no contact from the team, very disappointed, they should at least respond to contact if there was an issue. Will have to find somewhere else to source my CBD products. Will update what happens if anything does!

I have been wanting to try CBD oil for a while due to existing issues that i have that can only been managed by painkillers. I got into contact with Gary from the team and he guided me through what strength would be best for me to start with and how how much to take. I started with the 500mg Raspberry 5% MCT and honestly it has changed my life. My pain has reduced massively and it has also help relieve some of my anxiety!
