I went to this place after my friend's recommendation. I was impressed by how well the staff answered my questions and suggested alternative option to help me with my pain. I am very satisfied with the service and will visit again!

I booked with this salon in Leamington Spa after showing her the exact hair color I wanted via WhatsApp and even in the salon with the color card. One of the girls told me I would probably need bleach to achieve that shade, and I agreed, as I just wanted the same color.

When I came for my appointment, Nikki applied color directly to my black hair. I even asked during the process if it was bleach, but she said “No, you don’t need bleach.” I trusted her as a professional. Unfortunately, the result was just a reddish tint on my dark hair, nowhere near the color I had shown her in the picture and on the chart.

When I raised my concern, instead of acknowledging the issue, she argued with me over the price, saying how much it would cost “in town.” This was never about the price – I paid exactly what she asked (£65 in total) without bargaining. My concern was that I did not receive the service or result I was promised.

I left the salon very upset and disappointed because I trusted her professional advice, but I didn’t get the color I clearly requested.

I have attached the photos Colour I wanted to have and colour she did . Dark hair what she did , light hair colour photo (girl with scarf on) what I wanted

I recently went to Nicks for a lash lift and the whole process was easy and each step was thoroughly explained to me, including aftercare. I also go regularly for eyebrow waxing and they’ve always done an amazing job. Thank you!

I could have given no stars if i had a option. Disgusting service. No professionalism. Promised me £45 and then asked for £55 in the end for hair cut. She Does not know what she is doing. Please donot go there for hair cut. Given me a fringe which i didn’t want.😢

I have always lived in leamington where the beauty industry is very competitive but could never find a place who consistently done my eyebrows exactly how I wanted everytime and helpped me grow them to a fuller look gradually making me feel so much more confident about them and the over all look. Wouldn’t go any where else now. Also they way all the clients and therapists talk and interact makes for a lovely environment I always leave like I’ve had a mini therapy session aswell as my beauty needs beening met to the highest of standers. Highly recommend keep going ladies
