Hi I never do reviews but had to share my experience with this place.. safe to say I’d never want to visit again. First my appointment was booked for 12 so got there at 12 and was not told I’d have to wait 1 hour to actually sit in the chair. Then I was given the person who clearly hasn’t got a clue how to do nails and soaked the tiny bit of home nail polish off of my nails (which I was later told I would be charged for) and for reference I have never been to a place that has charged for this before. I wish I had a picture of how little polish I had on my fingers… Anyway it was about 30 mins in and the extensions were pinging off and he has no idea how to glue them on so I then asked how long it would take and suddenly I was paired with someone very skilled as my nails were a mess!!! After another 30 mins I was finished and told that not only would I have to pay £45 for my nails (which I was completely fine with but due to how bad they were at the start and how long I waited I thought they would take some money off) but also a £5 charge which I was not told about to take off the tiny bit of polish left which was ridiculous. Now, clearly because my nails have not been done properly my nail has broke 4 days after having them done…. Horrible service and horrible nails… shame I really like the design but clearly this was not professional. Won’t be going again.

Totally disagree with others reviews as I’ve been going there for years and over the last 3 / 4 times the biab has been put on very thin and after a week starts to chip and my natural nails actually breaking. This shouldn’t happen with biab if it’s being applied correctly. Sorry but after all the years of coming to you I won’t be returning.

I visited here yesterday in the evening. All I can say is this is a fantastic nail shop. They worked late to finish my nails. The staff were polite and professional. Fairly priced, top quality! I will definitely be returning. Thankyou!

Didn't find them very good. I still have half the gel nail hardened solution stuck to my nails that they failed to remove properly.

I’ve been going to Nails 4 U Kenilworth for years and years, they always do an incredible job and create beautiful nails! T and his team are super friendly and will always accommodate what you ask for. I had a hiccup with some of the temporary staff over their holiday break and T was especially kind to listen and do me a new set free of charge… extremely generous, thank you!!❤️✨👑

On high street in Kenilworth, walk in no appointment necessary. Only waited 5 minutes. Very professional service. Friendly and helpful. Took an hour to prepare the nails before painting. Great cuticle work, and filing and shaping of nails.

It is one of the best nails salon I have ever been. I go there every two weeks at least. I like the jobs they get done. The staff is very friendly and nice. I always leave their Salome satisfied and happy when I get my nails done.
