Yesterday was my third time visiting Viet Nails.
My first visit was very good I would have given it 5⭐. Unfortunately, my second experience was not very good, as my feet were left in a very bad condition. The skin felt over-cut and took months to recover. Despite that, I decided to give the salon another chance, hoping for a better experience with different staff.

It has now been 24 hours since my latest visit, and sadly, it was the worst experience of all.
I went in for both a manicure and pedicure. However, after my manicure, I decided to pay and leave without the pedicure , as I did not want to risk another bad experience.

I asked for a gel French manicure, the whole process took less than 25 minutes. No cuticle work was done - he simply applied the base, gel, and top coat. I was very disappointed, as when you book a manicure, you expect a proper treatment and some care. The finished result does not even look like a French manicure, the nails look thick and uneven. I also noticed bubbles in the white part of the polish within an hour of leaving.

To make matters worse, after just 24 hours, my nails have already started lifting. Normally, my gel manicure lasts around four weeks without any issues.
Because of the language barrier I didn’t wanted to ask about cuticle as it was too late anyway. I found it difficult to understand what was being said, and I did not want to seem rude by repeatedly asking for clarification. I was tempted to ask for the manicure to be removed, but after leaving, I had to quickly try to get my pedicure done elsewhere in Bedworth and then rush to another appointment.

Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience and after 3rd time I learned lesson and will avoid this place. Unfortunately cannot find where to upload photos to show how it looks.

Been coming almost every month for over 10 years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. My nails are always perfect.
There can sometimes be a bit of a wait as they operate a walk in system but it's always worth the wait. I'm very particular and fussy about my nails but they're always so accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. 3 hours free parking at tesco or 2 hours at aldi/home bargains so plenty of parking available with just a short walk across the road.

I’ve been coming to Viet Nails since they first opened, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for my nails. From day one, the entire team has been so polite, friendly, and welcoming. They truly make you feel comfortable every time you walk through the door.

What I appreciate most is how much care they put into their work. They take their time, pay attention to detail, and genuinely want you to leave happy. On the rare occasion I wasn’t completely satisfied, they were more than willing to accommodate me and make sure everything was perfect. That level of professionalism and customer care really stands out.

They’re also very welcoming to children, which makes such a difference for parents. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and inclusive.

Highly recommend Viet Nails to anyone looking for a nail salon that truly cares about their clients! 💅✨
