I went two weeks ago 2 days before my holiday 1 came off the morning I went and another a few days later I always go here and they usually last about 4 weeks and then I have to take them off but these were not good it was a girl I hadn't seen before so I'm a bit dubious about going back as I wouldn't want her doing them again

As I was getting my nails done the man was on the phone talking and laughing I find this highly unprofessional there was also no ladies on site .i went to a different nail shop (because I didn’t like my Service) and got my acrylics soaked
Off because they were hurting me and I could see that they where not doing well underneath ,the nails they where also not up to my cuticle ,after they got soaked off my nail was brown with a tad bit of green and where bouncy and flimsy ,I was not happy that they were 50 pound and the Service was rubbish and I could have gone to someone else but put them to the test (didnt pass)

£25 for these. Top coat has bubbled, cuticles not prepped, gel over my actual cuticle that ripped my skin when my nails grew out. Heavily applied and not cured properly so the sides come off in less than a day. Not going back

Been here a few times and I love you can just turn up and it’s a friendly vibe!

But disappointed as Pham really rushed my nails (literally 10 mins for gel) and there were visible imperfections I pointed out but he didn’t add more polish (he just filed them a bit more). There was polish missing down the sides of some nails and gel polish on my skin on some nails. The imperfections annoyed me and gel chipped and peeled off at the edges after 1 week.

Ling however takes longer and more care and is a true perfectionist. My nails by Ling were absolutely perfect and lasted over 2 weeks. She does an extremely thorough and neat job.

Would love to keep coming here if all the staff took the same amount of care and attention 😊
