I left this manicure appointment extremely disappointed and concerned. During my manicure, I was cut badly enough to bleed on three different fingers. Although Ann used an alcohol wipe afterward, the experience still left me anxious about the potential risk of infection, something no customer should have to worry about after a manicure.
What was even more upsetting was the response from the owner. Rather than offering a sincere apology or making any real effort to address the situation, she casually explained that she was “out of practice,” or something to that effect. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional given what had happened.
I came expecting a clean, professional, and relaxing experience, but instead I left with painful fingers and genuine concerns about hygiene and safety standards. Unfortunately, the level of care and professionalism did not reflect the service I paid for. I previously left a review on Fresha which wasn’t responded to and now doesn’t appear on there.

Popped in to see if they could fit me in for new Biab nails. Apparently they can’t infill or do new ones for me as I had had them done elsewhere and they weren’t covered by insurance!!! Will not be going there again!!!
