I stopped using them about three months ago as found they have gone very rude since the previous owner has gone to another shop. They would be constantly face timing whilst doing your nails. I booked in after work and went down and they told me i had to come back tomorrow as didn't book even though i showed them the confirmation. The first time i let it go but it happened again and said I couldn't . They were very rude and it was obvious they were talking about me. I now go to a lovely lady, much better service, and cheaper.

I thought I would freshen up my nails before returning home…. What a retreat! Over the phone I got quoted £80 for a gel mani and pedi when I explained they were my own nails and I didn’t need ‘tips’ the prices went down to £50

When I arrived someone who didn’t understand what I was saying grabbed me in and started filing off my old gels, fine but I was actually ina rush and he kept answering the phone or just distracting himself and he ripped my nails to rectify tried to file all my nails to the same length with a horrible shape when I said no, and explained what I wanted he flew off his chair and a woman arrived at my fingers for him to continue shouting in his language and laughing at me it was blatant and so rude! I get my nails done in similar franchises so I am in no way not used to certain customs but what I experienced was shocking.

I left with weak nails and very sour taste, I used this company…. Nearly 20 years ago in a location 5/6 doors down so I didn’t listen to gossip but even being desperate on a bank holiday I would t go through this again!

£45: a shellac nail varnish change on hands and feet. Cuticles not touched, no oils added no strengthening treatment, no soak for the ‘pedi’ and with the pedicure she didn’t want to cut my nails and actually told me to do it myself because she would cut my skin…! I took an inch off and they’re still longish
