Have been going here for a few years for eyebrow wax and tint but the last twice they have been awful bearly any tint on they look no different and got asked if they were OK without even giving me a mirror to have a look same girl did it both times definitely needs to improve on her manners aswell .

Never again this place needs training or shutting down went in for a Hollywood wax for my holidays I have a few skin tags and she ripped a few off just told her to do a bikini wax I'll do the rest only today I shaved the rest she hardly waxed it still hairs there think health and hygiene inspection should go in now I have red rashes with bruising and good job my c section scar had healed

Went in to have my piercing done and she didn't even clean the blood away when it was done. Walked home with an earful of blood

My friend went to get a brow wax here and has literal burn marks under her eyebrow and has been in pain all day. This is 10 hours after treatment !!! Not normal at all. The eyebrows aren’t even symmetrical with loose hairs leftover where it should have been tidied. £6 service is really reflected in the quality provided. I do not recommend. Not to mention bleeding after tweezers - in what world is this supposed to happen ?

Absolutely disgraceful and I’d never set foot in that place again. Firstly, I went in and the lady said she’d pierce my septum no problem, I went in the room, lay down and it was done. Obviously my eyes were watering quite a bit and I couldn’t really see the piercing properly and didn’t want to look too much as I trusted her it would be fine. Anyway, I paid and left. I went to the nearest toilet to inspect it further to find the wonkiest piercing I have ever seen. The left side of the piercing was almost touching the bottom of my nostril and the right side was way too far back. I went back and showed her and said I didn’t think it was supposed to look like that. Anyway, she completely agreed, apologised and took me back in to re-pierce it with the same jewellery that I’m almost 100% sure was not sterilised properly. She did it again, and again, same process, I took myself away and had a look in private to find the picture I have attached below. I wish I’d taken a picture of the first time she did it but I was too much in shock, however, the other picture shows where she has pierced both holes. Absolutely disgraceful to think I paid for this service and she completely botched my nose. The amazing Sharelle Jones (who is an independent business and knows exactly what she is doing) came to the rescue and it is now 1,000,000 times better. Thank you to her. And an absolute disgrace to Bobby Marshall’s, I would never recommend anyone to go there ever.

I went to get a piercing stud changed today - i have angel fangs and couldn't make it to my actual piercer today.
She coughed in her hand, didn’t wash her hands. Spat on my face while talking to her friend, dropped the stud on my teeth and when i went to get it she stuck her hand in my mouth NO GLOVES the entire time. then in the end i took the stud off her and asked for a mirror. She cut my lip, went to flip the bar so she didn't have to undo the bottom one. I told her no, cuz infection and she went 'its fine' so i did it myself. Im traumatised. No hand sanitiser, glove or hand wash in sight, the stud i brought in got dropped on the floor (not cleaned after it) and shoved in my mouth.
If you want piercings, don't go somewhere like this for something 'quick'. I have 13 piercings and counting, go professional, its more expensive but at least its sanitary and safe! - i recommend Earthworks in Sunderland!

Awful place for piercings, went years ago for a belly button piercing and have just recently had it re done properly as the owner of Bobby Marshall’s done mine wonky and it wasn’t even on my belly button, it was further up😂 if you’re wanting body piercing I’d go elsewhere.

Popped in for the first time today and had acrylics done by Sharon. Both Sharon and the other girls in the salon were so lovely and my nails are beautiful! Would 100% recommend to anyone, I will be coming back!

Love these ladies, won't go anywhere else for my nails. Never had a problem with premature snapping or lifting.
