1st time, and absolutely awful service. I got shouted at by a member of staff. I messaged peior to my visit, asked for prices, sent images of nail designs, they responded with prices. When I went in, they said prices are "wrong" and they "changed" the prices. It was my daughters 1st experience and they ruined it. Never will I go there again.

Absolutely awful experience this used to be a great nail salon and it’s gone so far downhill. Staff are so rude and miserable and talk to you like your nothing. Took 4 people to look at my nail design to try and figure out how to do it and I then said I just want to pay for the acrylic and no design as it was clear they didn’t know how to do it. I was happy to pay for the acrylic however the staff got very angry when I said this and charged me £35 for unfinished nails that are all different shapes and pointing in different directions. Had to go to a different salon to have them soaked off and redone. I came in with acrylics already on that I had booked to be soaked off and instead of doing that they took a plastic nail tip and used it to wedge underneath the acrylic and pop them off. So unprofessional do not recommend at all

Everything was fine till my nieces design, the person in charge was lovely but the person who done the design was moody and rough, didn’t even listen to instructions properly ended up having to ask to be redone. A lot of sighing and huffing. Ridiculous considering they’re being paid for a service.

Got my nails done here a few days ago and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had, they were very rude and the man that was doing my nails really hurt my fingers he made them bleed and the extensions were not applied correctly at all there was a peice of my skin peeling from my finger nail and he kept death glaring me when I moved hand as I was in a lot of pain never going here again

First visit yesterday, no hallo nothing and silently aggressive throughout
Gel nail varnish so thin not going to last a day, nails so sharp have had to file them
Will not be back and will not recommend

Gone right down hill. £50 for nails which took hours and were done to such a poor standard. Staff very rude and seemed annoyed that the nails were taking so long as it was nearly closing time - if you don’t know how to do a design just say! Maybe more training needed! I have never went back since… couldn’t wait to leave tbh, very uncomfortable experience. The nails were FAR from the design I wanted, thick and all different shapes 🤣🫣 went straight to a diff salon the next day to get them off.

LOVED my experience here today, the gentleman with the star tattoos on his neck was incredibly gentle with my nails and the acrylics turned out exactly as I had imagined.
Overall just a really calm environment with the design coming out beautifully (young lady who had done the design was very precise and matched the image exactly)
Definitely my go to place now!
Will be back :)

So I've been using this nail bar for about 9months and it's been OK, although the manicure doesn't last very long for one reason or another.
I've had acrylics on natural nails every time I've gone plus gel colour. Last time, they argued I had builder gel on... erm, not unless you put it on the top of the acrylic infill.
The acrylic has either split, chipped or just straight up not been on the full nail, so it looks like it's not finished.
The last 3 months, each manicure the sides in random nails have chipped, easier to hide and not look too bad, however the thumb nails have chipped or peeled off within a few days. Since when did acrylic and gel polish peel??
They seem to do a better job when they're not rushing the task, but that's few and far between. Waste of money

I have been coming here for years I popped into today to get a full acrylic removal and just gel polish as my nails were long enough to look nice, when I walked in there were people who I haven’t seen before possibly from other shop In howden which was fine. I took the chance but wish I didn’t, I told the guy what I wanted and started the removal with the acetone & hot water in a dish like always , then he took my hand out and started to pull on my nail and then get a false tip and slider it under the acrylic instead of waiting for it to melt a little more he pulled and he pulled my nail off with it which hurt badly, I asked him what he was doing and he laughed and smiled I says I’m not laughing I was very annoyed , to then another member of the team got involved and explained to me that’s how they do it and what was my problem their attitude was disgusting. Bare in mind I have been going for years and none of the other ones have done this to me so I was like what is going on.. I was told it’s fine they cut them all right down you won’t notice the difference very cocky kept shaking their head I was then told well wait for the manager but I saw he was with his children so I don’t want to make a scene but safe to say customer service was shocking and I will not be back.. such a shame as I really like the other people they are friendly talkative and listen to what you want.
