I came in this morning for some holiday nails and asked for Biab Gel
Girl filed nails and then began to paint gel on.
I said I wanted extensions and was advised to take a seat.
The lad then put tips on for the extension and then began to do acrylic, I stopped him and said I wanted Biab but he shook head and continued.
I then asked for the colour with a different one for ring finger where this had been ignored and were painted all the same.
If it wasn’t for the fact I am going on holiday I would have walked but shop was really busy and didn’t want to cause a scene.
Why ask what a client wants and then Ignore ?
