Absolutely in love with my new set. I had the appointment but came a bit late. They still secured the space for me which was so nice. The staff was very friendly offering drinks and check at every single stage from length, shape to see if I was happy. I expressed that I like the French tips but not white. She was very helpful by trying a couple of colours in until I satisfied. Overall, very happy with the service

I had extremely bad experience at this nail salon. The technician damaged my nails and even thinned them excessively with the nail file, to the point that every time my hand was placed under the device, it hurt. When I tried to explain that I’ve been getting my nails done elsewhere for two years and this was my first time here, and that this wasn’t normal, they just kept blaming me for the damage. They didn’t even offer a proper apology. I absolutely do not recommend this salon, and I genuinely regret going there.

my nails literally look like press ons, the design was also very rushed even though the salon was practically empty really not happy about that, I saw there pictures online of there other nails and they all look good but when I got mine done they look like they have been pulled out a donkeys booty. Also rude staff when I showed them my design they had the nerve to laugh absolutely not worth 43 pounds for a quite simple design!

I am very disappointed at the outcome of my nails, they are very thick and bulky. They look like I need infills already and have just had them done 3days ago. I would not advise anyone to come here for their nails done . £35 it cost me and they are awful.

I had a really unpleasant experience here.

I went in just to have my nails removed, and the process was extremely painful. I understand that removal involves an electric file, but it was done so aggressively that it hurt throughout. I told the lady who dealt with me twice that it was painful, yet instead of adjusting, she seemed irritated and annoyed that my hands were moving even though I was only fidgeting because I was in pain.

At no point did she check in properly or try to make it more comfortable. Customer comfort and communication were really lacking, and the whole experience felt rushed.

Tried this salon two times. First experience was okay, wanted to give it another go, and decided to stay away from the place.
Don't get me wrong, the nails came out to be great, nice and solid, lasted me for two and a half weeks untill I needed to take them out.
There was a misunderstanding first, I asked for builder gel extensions, the artist only heard the "builder gel", it seems. Already started prepping my nails, when I confirmed "this is for extensions, right?". Then he had to take it off as apparently they don't do builder gel extensions, only for the length of your nail. I showed my required design to three different people, they agreed. Said it would be difficult, but agreed. Two and a half hours later, the artist is visibly tired and frustrated, he was filing my nails so hard I started bleeding in two places. He really did not give a single care. They then switched the artists, and the second one said they can't do my original design. So I had to switch to a back up.

Won't be back again. Not only a waste of my time, but also the first artist was very not careful at all.

I can’t fault this place at all. My first visit and it was so positive! All the staff were so friendly, they are perfectionists with how they do their nails and it shows! I came in late as I had work and they didn’t make me feel rushed or as if I was a burden, they were very accommodating. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and I will definitely be back!
