I have been coming to Reflections for years now and always have Ashleigh to colour and style my hair. Very friendly , all the staff are welcoming and warm. Ashleigh is just simply the best with colours, cutting and extensions! Wouldn't go anywhere else! As long as Ashleigh is there of course 😉

Came in the week before to have a consultation and skin test asked of o can acheave what i wanted i was black wanting to go a darkish auburn colour they said they will do a strand test and get back to be but i booked in for an appointment the following friday. Never heard back from my consultation so i assumed everything was ok.
Once i had my appointment i had a different stylist do my hair i asked if the strand test was ok she said yes everthing was fine. I showed her a picture of what i wanted and i also told her i wanted my hair cut too and i asked if the colour was achievable she said yes everthing should be fine. We start the process she put hair stripper on didn't really lift a whole lot but lifted she then comes in showing me the colour chart book we decided on a colour that looked similar to the picture, puts is all ocer the roots at first then she put a different colour on the ends(probably because my roots and ends were a totally different colour so she tried to get them to match) even tho she didnt put the colour through my ends in the back i thought it was a littlw odd but i thought trust the process! We wash the colour off and my roots are orange and ends were black!! So she does another stipper on the ends. Didn't touch the orange roots tho (told i was going to be here 2 hours we were now on hour 5). Anyway rince the stripper off and she goes to blow dry it and asked what cut i wanted even tho i told her at the beginning. And i thought it was strange to cut my hair bone dry and straightened simce the cut i was getting was a whole new style usually stylists cut wet then blowdry, considering i wws getting a full fringe put back in i also have a cows lick so it needs to be cut a different way that someone who doesnt have one.
I start getting my hair layered and she was taking thw bare minimum off so i asked no i need a lot shorter than that if i want the look im going for she said well if we do that im going to have to take a bit off your ends too at this point i was so confused because i went for a colour change and cut, i was thinking well of course your going to thats what im here for anyway but she knew wasnt happy with the colour since she said "is this colour livable for now" she also said the ends should get lighter with the kind of stripper she used. Anyway she finished my hair looked horrible my fringe had a horrible parting in it since she blowdried it first the cut wasn't what i asked for and i said what would i do to go the colour i was she said she wouldn't touch it for another week considering the amount of stuff thats been done to it today i said ok. Anyway i pay and leave iv had to go home wash and blow dry my own hair to make it look better than when i left later on my fringe wasnt level so i went back to see if i can get it quickly fixed she wasnt in so i just did it my self at home much better now. Its been about a week now and instead of my ends going lighter which she said was going to happen i basically look like i went in the salon and she hasn't even touched the ends just put orange on the roots 🙃now have to wear a hat outside untill i get it fixed. I forgot to add my hair was about 4 different tones of either brown orange all round when i left i wanted also felt like it got to a point my hair wasnt going the way she wanted she just tried to rush me out the door
