I suffered a nail infection after having acrylics done. Obviously not a hygienic place to go! No apology or refund offered either just advised me to get antibiotics!! Grrr

Hi Shelly, I’m sorry this is how you feel. Unfortunately, when you arrived to your appointment for acrylic you already had product on your nails that you had tried to remove yourself, we advised that your natural nail was damaged due to previous overfilling before the service we provided. We cannot offer a refund as there was an ongoing issue before we worked on your nails therefore we cannot clarify if the infection was caused by our service. Our nail stations and salon is very clean and all our tools are sterilised in between each client. If you would like to discuss this further, I’d be happy for you to contact me.

At the first time I left hair salon totally satisfied. First of all Marketa is a very pleasant woman. She took her time with choosing the style and color and was careful and accurate throughout the job. I liked the color, the haircut and the atmosphere. My haircut was so precious, there's no one hair out of place. She offered me choice of drinks, that was nice too.

Last haircut was awful. Had to make appointment elsewhere to rescue it, won't be going back.

Oh it is true, ask anyone that has seen it. Everyone says it's like a bowl has been put on my head and cut round it, also on the right ear it is half way up and the left ear it it down to the bottom

No need to be nasty only because your daughter lost her job in the salon. This review is a complete lie, I find it spiteful as clearly you are only trying to do damage to our business.
