Posting on behalf of my auntie as she is elderly and doesn't have a smartphone.. if I could give a 0 star rating I would! I had my nails done 2 weeks ago for my holiday I never have my nails done so I was really excited to have them. I informed the nail tech that they were for my holiday and asked for pink and white ombre. When they were done they were lovely and I was pleased after my first 5 days of holiday the nails turned cream no pink or white to be seen. After my holiday I went to the salon to Inform them what happened and asked why this happened to my nails, they said it was becasue of the sun and it can't be helped. I advised the manager the nail tech knew it was for my holiday so why wasn't I told this would happen? She said if I wanted them fixed I would have to pay 10 pound as this is policy!! Highly disappointed in the way it was handled!! Would not recommend this salon to anybody!!!

Extensions and hand painted french polish. Incredibly precise, reasonably priced, so helpful when deciding what I wanted and a drag race fan to boot! Mega happy

Lauren has always done my nails! She’s very professional clean and her talent is unreal!! The service she provides is amazing even when I don’t no what I want she always slays!!! Would defo recommend her to anyone!!!!

I absolutely love getting my nails done by Lauren, she is the BEST nail tech! I absolutely will not go anywhere else. She is so talented, her work is so clean and professional, nothing is too much to ask, what ever you want Lauren can do it! She is so friendly and welcoming, you absolutely cannot fault the service she provides in any way!
