Been a customer for years. Had my pedicure done by Leanne and she was brilliant! Leanne took her time and paid great attention to detail. BEST PEDICURE EVER!!! Natalie who does my nails (not that I get my nails done frequently) but when I do and Natalie does them, she is patient, friendly and pays attention to detail. I recommend everyone to go here. The best nail salon in Swindon!! ❤️

I strongly believe is not the best place to visit. I use to go somewhere else years ago and it was great and I will be going back there! This place is not recommended at all. Happily went inside to do pedicure and sadly came out with unsatisfied face. pedicure was not even done properly dead skin was as it is on my feet and nail was not in shape. NOT RECOMMENDED Very difficult to communicate with the two women’s. They are not even capable to handle the situation and asked one of their regular customer to support. The customer lady trying to convince me and started suggesting me to take a treatment as if she has a degree or certificate to advise people or as if GP. I won't be going back there. I will get somewhere better and worth for money. I expected job to be done for the money I paid. I was very unhappy and this really ruined my day! Avoid MISS NAILS and go somewhere else. NOT WORTH if u want to have a bad service then go ahead. They don’t deserve any stars to be honest

Costs appear to be made up as they go along despite having the price lists printed on the stations.
My mother and I went in for infills this week and I asked for some design work. The last set that I had completed there were charged at £35 and the design work was fairly intricate. After showing the design to them, which was significantly less than the previous set, I was told it would be £45. I chose not to move ahead with the design work as, based on their own price list, this was a £20 charge for artwork.
My mother had blue cats eyes that were certainly not cats eyes or the quality of the paint was not enough to actually create the effect.
The lady that was doing my nails obviously wasn't entirely sure how to do the cats eyes I opted for as another member of staff stepped in to complete them. I noticed afterwards that several of the nails are actually now uneven and different shapes where they had been infilled.
We are very disappointed as our last visit was great but now we will not return as I refuse to be overcharged for a service.

Been going to Natalie for so long, she is incredible. She’s so lovely, and amazingly talented at what she does. My nails are always beautiful and exactly what i want. if you are to go to any nail salon in swindon, i would recommend Miss Nails 100%!!!

I have been coming here for almost 3 years now and haven't ever had a bad experience! The couple that own and work in the salon are both amazing
, polite and friendly, and have supported my journey to having beautiful nails as I was an avid nail bitter, and they were brittle and weak
The pedicures are amazing and so relaxing, I actually love showing off my feet now!
They always accommodate me for appointments, even if it's after their closing time
Wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend

not very good , they let me pick the base colour but that’s frankly the only thing that went good , the nails started lifting about 3 days after and now i have indents in my nails . their french tips aren’t original and they do it a different way , which i don’t have a problem with , but they could’ve warned me

the gentleman is very rude and abrupt I wasn’t happy with the shape sides were uneven and then the gel on my nails peeled and chipped within 5 days of having them done i sent in video and photos as was not happy and they wanted to charge me to correct this
