Over 3 weeks I have tried to get my eyebrows done. No sign saying it wasn’t open. When speaking to members of staff I was told it was closed and the lady isn’t part of Superdrug so they don’t know. Asked why a sign was not up and told they hadn’t been given one. Poor communication and complete waste of time

Went in today to get my eyebrows done but unfortunately they don’t have anyone that do brows or other services. Annoyingly the website states they do these services which is false advertising.

Extremely disappointed in the staff at the perfume counter! Standing around on their phones, did not look up to acknowledge customers and was very rude to those who approached them, this is not the level of service I expect from Superdrug

Came to get my eye brows done and the service at Superdrug has definitely gone downhill. I stood by the counter with absolutely no acknowledgement from the person doing eyebrows asking me to either wait or even say hello. The lady doing the eyebrows/ beauty service was named Cam. Felt like I was invisible until I asked her I would like to get my eye brows done. Other times I have been here I have been acknowledged or asked to wait. Horrible service

I had a fantastic experience at Superdrug thanks to Amelia. I came in to return a hair clip order, and she made the whole process so smooth and stress-free. She was friendly, professional, and went out of her way to provide excellent customer service. It’s rare to come across someone so patient and helpful—thank you, Amelia, for making what could have been a hassle into such a positive experience!

Amazing customer service from Leah on the till today at Greenbridge, Swindon. She was very helpful with an enquiry I had regarding a purchase and then went onto explain various offers to me which led to a purchase. She was very polite and a credit to the store
