Google Open earlier than others and is a pretty big store, it is also lovely that the staff are super friendly and helpful!

Google Had my eyebrows shaped and a gel manicure here today, 1st time here, the lady was so lovely and her attention to detail on my nails was fabulous. I will be back ☺️

Google I was super excited this store was new here. Lots of products, absolutely huge and good value for money. But today I was gobsmacked. A customer asked a sales assistant a question. When said customer had left, the sales assistant was then talking really nastily about her to another colleague over her headset. “Yeah…she was asking stuff like…stupid question etc”
And I’m just thinking, wow. Have those kinds of conversations in private. Not in front of other customers over your headset. Very unprofessional. A whole group of them also stood chatting behind the counter. Granted, store relatively quiet but make yourselves useful. Not great what I saw / heard today. Gives the brand a bad name.

Google Booked an appointment for nails to be done for a wedding! Cancelled on the day with no option to get done elsewhere! Only just opened and awful service, avoid! not what you do to customers.
