Walk ins and cash only, Didn’t manage to get anything done as there were already two ladies waiting in front of me and the two technicians were busy with clients. Had to leave as I couldn’t spend my whole afternoon waiting in the shop. Seems bonkers not to offer appointments for nail services. Strong smell of acrylic and banging techno were also adding to the unpleasant atmosphere. Won’t be coming back, but the nails I could see being done did look nice.

i’ve been to this fair nails around 3 or 4 times now for acrylic nails. while the actual nails i would say are great quality, the atmosphere really lets it down. the staff often come across as rude to customers i have witnessed. theyre also not the friendliest to chat with and get annoyed easily. another thing is it’s definitely overpriced for what you get.

Been coming here for 18 months when I moved to this area . I have been to a lot of salons over the years and this is by far the best for several reasons …. Quality… excellent and the care they take …. Always polite and always good advice.

They seem to give ”special treatment” to white women than any other race. disgusting and appalling attitude as soon as i entered the store “What do you want!” aggressively as if i’m the one to have dragged them out of bed. They served multiple white women even though i had been waiting first for at least an hour and then when it was my turn, this man decides to go clean whilst making me wait for another 30mins to get my nails done. I stood up, seeing that my symptoms of MS had kicked in after they deliberately made me wait longer, speaking and surely making fun of me in Vietnamese, I thanked them bluntly and said goodbye. Never am I going into that awful discriminating store. very sad that kindness is taken for granted. DISGUSTING!. nothing about it was professional

I tried this salon as a friend recommended and I thought it may be quieter than going to town. I'd asked for a biab soak off and a new biab application. I'd picked a design based on the nails they had available only to be laughed at when I showed them and told it was for "acrylic only". I asked for something similar but it took 4 members of staff to clarify that and they laughed and made remarks as if I was an idiot. As someone who gets over stimulated and anxious, I told them I was happy with anything they'd do because by this point, I was feeling uncomfortable and had been there over 2 hours. After 2 days, my nails have chipped and snapped but because of the poor experience I had, I don't want to return there to see if they can rectify. Would not recommend. I have taken a photo of the nail I showed them vs what I got and my chipped nails.

Very rude staff. When I went last time Sunny was a bit rude but yesterday all I can say was that she was unbelievably rude!

Many times she has made my fingers and she sticks her long nails into the cuticle to press them down which is really painful.

She actually shouted at me for wincing and moving my hand slightly when the cuticle machine had gone into my skin painfully again! Like it was my fault not hers! Then we had a row and I said I couldn’t help moving when you are cutting it into my skin as it’s painful!!

I asked to just see one more similar gel colour to the one I had chosen initially (she got cross about that too) and shouted ‘just choose colour!! I hadn’t taken long choosing the first and it’s my decision I’m the one paying!

I’ll never go back there it was disgusting treatment of a customer and I have been there several times but this was the worst treatment yet!
