I went there recently for manicure with dipping powder. The technician started cleaning my nails with the scraping machine and accidentally hurt my little finger by scraping over the skin adjoining my nailbed. It was extremely painful but I endured. The technician did not bother to remove dead skin from my cuticles and proceeded straight to painting my nails. I had to request them to do the manicure properly by cleaning my nails first and removing dead skin, etc. In the meantime, the pain in my damaged finger had increased with the impacted part of the skin turning red, so I decided to stop the treatment. When I told the same to the technician, they basically told me that it is a minor injury because it is not bleeding!! So, in short, I was lying and that it was actually not hurting. I left it at that, and I was asked to pay the full amount for the 'service' I received, and no apology was offered for the pain/inconvenience I suffered. I will never be returning to this outfit as they clearly don't have the skills and the manners to deal with people.
