This was my first time booking a facial with Vanessa & it was amazing. The Dermalogica products she chose for my skin were very nourishing & soothing plus she added a lovely neck/shoulder/scalp massage which made the experience very relaxing too. She kindly gave me some samples to try at home. I've rebooked & will highly recommend her to my friends & family!

Such a lovely experience attending VSL, I went for a massage today but there are so many other treatments they do too, for which I will definitely be back. Amazing service from start to finish, Roseanne has healing hands and she really helped me to feel much more relaxed. Vanessa and her team are fantastic thank you xx

I had wonderful experience with the lovely Vanessa, I have very sensitive skin and she always takes the time to ask how it is, goes through the products, takes extra with any treatment and has just a warming, welcoming personality you instantly feel relaxed..(even if going for a wax) I will never go anywhere else to get my HD brows and she will always be my first port of call if I need any other treatment. I will be back soon.

Vanessa has excelled herself !
The treatment room was warm and cosy, subtly lit and the background music was at perfect pitch.

Vanessa & Roseanne are excellent! The whole family visit VSL after many recommendations and we all love it. The service is amazing, and both Vanessa & Roseanne are so friendly and warm, they immediately put you at ease. Very attentive and always listen to your needs & requirements.

Whether it is a wax, massage or getting your nails done- they deliver to such a high level on all fronts! Couldn’t recommend both ladies more!

My daughter wanted Disney themed nails for our holiday and came across Vanessa’s Beauty Salon. I contacted Vanessa, who responded very quickly. She was incredibly friendly and accommodating, answering all of my questions straight away. Vanessa was so lovely and made sure to fit my daughter in.
The salon is set in a beautiful part of Kingswood, overlooking the countryside. It’s a gorgeous space, and we received the warmest of welcomes, which immediately put my daughter at ease. She was absolutely delighted with her Disney themed nails and enjoyed her very first salon experience so much that she has already asked to return on several occasions. Thank you so much ☺️

I had an incredible back massage from Roseanne! She made me feel completely at ease with her warm, professional demeanour. She was outstanding, she hit the perfect balance between working out the knots and making the whole experience incredibly soothing. I left feeling lighter, looser, and totally refreshed.

Roseanne is clearly passionate about what she does, and it shows in every aspect of her work. If you’re in need of a top-quality massage, I can’t recommend her enough. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!
