Google My friend and I had such a great experience. The attention to detail was so great and our nail techs recreated our inspo pics perfectly. Everyone was so lovely and they were really quick too, we were done in a hour! Would definitely recommend this nail salon 🫶🏻

Google went there today to get gel polish, good quality and value for money. the staff were friendly and made sure i was happy with each step. would definitely recommend!

Google Waiting for them to reply to my message but got my nails done Thursday and 4 of them broke off by Monday. Not really impressed .

Hello Ayse, I’m sorry to hear some of your nails have broken. As we talked about during your appointment, because your natural nail beds are quite short, wearing acrylics nails at a longer length does make them more prone to breakage. I did recommend a shorter length to help them last longer, but you preferred to keep them long, which can sometimes cause this issue.
Next time, we can work together to find a length that keeps them looking gorgeous while lasting longer for you. In the meantime, Im happy to help by arranging a repair and making sure you’re happy with them.

Google The website quotes the prices. Yet when you get in the shop they try charging more. 28 for gel and manicure. But the man started telling me its 33. There is no 33 price on your website. I only took cash as it prefers - Don't rip people off and try overcharging or your have no customers,

Google I never had a bad experience in this salon until today. Because I didn’t like the color the young man put on my nails (which wasn’t the one I showed) he got upset, said I was complaining when I was being calm trying to explain what I wanted and walked away after being extremely rude.
His mum was nice and tried to fixed the problem, and I appreciated that but the way this young man talked and how rude he was! Not a way to deal with an issue when running a business. Such a shame! Will never go back.

Google I might recommend for mani services (all staff allocated to mani services is super kind and professional), but I would strongly avoid for pedicures. The guy who has been allocated to pedis is just rude and lacks skills. After last time, I promised myself I will never have a pedi done there again.
