This is the best salon for women I've been to. Great for hijabi girlies who want a hair cut. I had such dry hair with horrible split ends and it now looks so healthy and shiny. I had a deep conditioning treatment and a haircut both times I came. Very flattering, great treatment. The owner is lovely and her daughters were really nice and welcoming as well. Would recommend. This is now the only salon i go to.

I had my hair permed just over a month ago. I have tried to allow time, tried different products and routines to see if it is just user error. Unfortunately, the perm didn't hold onto most of my hair, I am now left with parts which are not permed, straight and random areas with waves, not curls.

The salon is very nice and so are the people, but unfortunately, the service received was not. I had shown an inspo picture at my patch test and was told this could definitely be achieved. When the solution and rods were then taken out, I was then told that because some parts of my hair were bleached, it wasn't going to hold as well. I wish they had told me this at my patch test as I would've then not proceeded; however, now I am left with hair that I am unhappy with and cannot change.

This is not hate towards the owner or the people working there; they were very lovely and welcoming. I just wish the communication was better and I was told a realistic outcome rather than being told what I wanted to hear.
