Google Wouldn’t get nails done here again. I paid £38 for nail extensions that didn’t even last a week. I got them done ready for Christmas and was losing 2 nails by the time the day arrived. I’ve never had this happen with extensions in my life. I can’t comment on other services but I don’t think you should be offering nail extensions when you can’t do them properly. I have fully removed them today and some of the gel wasn’t even cured properly underneath which is very dangerous.

Hi Alice, I'm very sorry to hear that your gel extensions did not last like they should have. We have since discovered that our latest bottle of builder gel is faulty and is not adhering to the nail as it should. Please know that we have never had this problem before and really appreciate feedback as it helps us to identify faulty products like this one. We have now contacted The Gel Bottle and removed this product from our shelf. We of course would have offered you a free manicure as this is absolutely not the norm for our gel manicures (almost all of our clients go 3-4 weeks between appointments with strong healthy nails underneath).

Google Had the most incredible back massage by Ellyn today! It was the perfect mixture of deeply relaxing but firm enough pressure to alleviate pain and knots in my back - what I like to call a PROPER massage!!
Felt utterly zen and my shoulders felt weightless!
Can’t wait for my next visit.

Google This is the best and nicest salon I’ve been to. Have my nails done regularly and facials. Had a treatment on my hands to diminish brown spots. The massage on my legs were amazing. Took away the ache.
