Got french tips because they said they couldn’t do the photo that I showed them, after I left my nails felt like press ons and everything there was moldy and old. Overall didn’t look insanely terrible but they were insanely aggressive and the lady made multiple nails uneven. As soon as she sat the uv nail light in front of me it had a disgusting smell of rotten food or must.

I wouldn't even give 1 star if I had choice! £40 just for gel tips!! acrylic broke off sides after just 3 days & one snapped breaking my nail underneath, I have never had such bad acrylics ever

Absolutely disgusting with today’s service, after I placed my phone down mid pedicure and realized what has happening I was mortified by what I was I witnessing.
Tools were not fresh, they had rust on them and he was not following any sanitation protocols. I immediately stopped him and left, I still paid he was very polite but this place is extremely unsanitary and will be reported immediately! Do NOT go here as an American I hope this is not how things are done here in the UK this is safe!

Everyone that works here is so sweet. They did an amazing job on my nails and gave me exactly the color and shape I wanted. At one point I felt like royalty because I had two people working on my nails at the same time 💅 haha. But I only called 30 minutes beforehand and they got me in and it was such a speedy process and still did an amazing job. 10/10 recommend. 😁

Myself and my girls had nails done a week down they have both had a nail just peel off, women that did my nails didn't take the gel resin right to the top of the nail so looked as if the nails had already grown out, very disappointed also wanted £40 a set for nails that do not last 😑
