Pedicure with gel colour done this evening. As always great service. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Was only my daughter and I in the salon and they put on the Arsenal game for her to watch while her nails were getting done. Will definitely be coming back here to do my nails.

I came back to this salon again and this time I am completely satisfied and very happy with my nails! The result is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. You can clearly see the care, attention to detail, and professionalism in the work.

Nails are good but it’s the experience. The worst part was a one of the men got annoyed at a customer last week while doing my nails and hit and kicked 2 chairs and stormed out then returned to doing my nails without a word, even though I was visibly upset by the violent outburst.Been going for ages but there’s been a lot of staff changes which isn’t a good sign, they always make you wait even if you have an appointment and it was so busy they were doing a ladies feel on a stool.

My Nails are very patchy and not one Color as should be on both my hands and toes. The staff are very rude.
I had my acrylic infill and toes painted today but had 5 different members of staff dealing with me instead of one doing nails and toes or even one stylist doing my toes and one stylist doing my nails which wouldn’t have been so bad.
One guy working there triggered my PTSD by throwing his nail stuff , chairs and other stuff before storming out the shop lucky it wasn’t me that he was dealing with but still if you have anger issue like that you shouldn’t be dealing with customers daily stating that he “always has women moaning at him” even though he works in a nail salon where women will be daily but this was all caused because a few other customers in the shop where saying that the service they received was going downhill even though they had been going there for many years.
This was such a bad experience here today and I will not be using them again.

Very kind and caring workers and I always love the outcome of my nails !!

Edited: 2 years later and they’re still amazing, always offering drinks while you’re here, always friendly and talkative aswell. Couldn’t recommend more
