Google "Amy" over charged me £25 instead of £23 then made me do a Google review for a business in Felixstowe I've never visited.
Owner Response:
Hi P, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. However, we cannot find any record of your visit or booking in our system, and we do not offer any services priced at £23. We also never ask clients to leave reviews for other businesses.
We take feedback seriously, so if this review was left in error or you may have confused us with another salon, please contact us directly so we can look into it further and resolve any misunderstanding.
