Been going here for a while but after my last appointment I will not be going again.
I had basic French tip medium acrylics, first off he made 3 of my fingers bleed didn't apologies, he cut my nails way to short I said something on the first one, that he's cutting them too short and asked if the acrylic nail will still attach as there was no end bit (the end of my nail the white bit) left. he mumbled then started talking to his friend ignoring me and just carried on (looking back I should of just walked out there)
All I asked was for French tip and a little bow on 2 fingers (1 each hand) showed them photo and originally he said £38,
I then go to pay and he said its now £46 when I questioned it he kept talking over me to the other staff and kept asking for £46 I gave my reasons as above as why I'm not paying more than what he said in the first place and that I'm not happy I've got pay £38 anyway for how I've been treated, he ended up taking the £38.
The other staff apologies. I then get home and couple hours later my nail decided it wanted off I snagged it on something and its ripped my whole nail from the nail bed and I'm no expert guys but do you know why that happened, because he cut my nails so far down that the attached acrylic didn't have much to hold on to no wiggle room at all.
I've gone to have them removed elsewhere same day as i needed my finger looking at because if its ever happened to you you know the pain is bad, and i ditin want to risk infection i just was not happy at all about the whole situation. the other nail salon they were shocked at how poor of a job these nails were i didn't have to say anything they were appalled.
if you've read this far honestly go somewhere else its not worth the hassle, the scams, the attitude, the pain, if its walk-ins you like try Hanley nail perfection I've never had anything bad there. book-ins definitely get in at "nails by lily rose" look her up on Facebook she's amazing

Been using here for about 2 years now. Went across the road to the new one. Had nails done on Thursday, by Saturday needed repair as the colour had come off. Now just 2 weeks later need 5 repairing. This has never happened before, but never used across the road before with the man. Really unhappy with this as they aren't cheap to have done and would hope they would last longer than 2 weeks 😕

Don’t know how people can go to these and their offspring shop royal nails and spa that is twice they have filed my wife’s nails to far and made her thumb bleed and trying to charge extra after she said he made her bleed and then tried to get angry at me when I said no to paying what he wanted to pay wasn’t even worth the £38 we gave him won’t be coming here or nail creations again taking matters into my own hands she had gel nails on hand and feet

I visited for the first time yesterday and was apprehensive because of the reviews, however, it came recommended so I gave it a try.
I walked in and took a ticket, I had a while to wait because it was so busy. I had a lovely young lady who looked at a photo of what I wanted and she did them perfectly! The lady was nice and gentle, I didn’t get her name as she didn’t introduce herself but she was pregnant and so nice.
My nails are perfect, exactly what I wanted and I’m so glad I tried here. I would definitely go back.

The nail tech spent real time amd made sure they were perfect. He is very talented, I absolutely love my nails, best I've ever had done. I'll be going every month! Definitely recommend.

Was unsure about going because of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Last minute drop in after work and I didn’t have to wait 2 minutes as there was 4 staff there. They were polite and treat me nice throughout the time I was there. Really happy with my nails! Will definitely be going there regularly from now on.

nails aren't even, when asked to correct he only did one nail, there all bumpy n thick. wasn't helpful with picking colours.

First time there last minute decision after work and I couldn't be happier. So relaxing I could have nodded off after a busy week. Done within 1 hour which my previous 2 places have taken forever and they look amazing. Definitely my new go to place x

They were not welcoming at all. The nail services left my nails weak and it didn’t feel like gel polish at all and the paint was messy and flooded my cuticles It is awful do not recommend
