Wouldn’t go back again had been twice before wait times long but nails were okay! Returned this time waited 3 hours sat in multiple seats as they start and stop you. No respect when it comes to having an opinion on how your nails look can’t take no criticism even when they are wrong. Cut my nails down so short on my toes they are sore. As you can see where the nail has sat previously. Left paid unhappy. Toes look awful. Had my hands done also she was full of attitude when I asked her to take a little more length off. No respect or manners at all.

Flexibility is amazing with appointments!
Staff are so friendly , last week was my first time here ! And we were made to feel so welcome by everyone , nothing was too much trouble ! I loved it so much so I booked to go this week for another treatment!

The salon it’s self it’s beautiful!

Amazing! First time there. Can’t stop looking at my nails they are absolute perfection. Thankyou. Yes they are a little pricey but if they stay on and look this great then it’s worth it.

I’ve been getting my nails done here since it opened and I’ve been happy with my nails every time but today I felt so relaxed and my nails turned out great! I wanted to write this review because I found it so sweet that the owner gave a clients young daughter a brand new free bottle of nail polish as they were leaving it was so lovely of her to do that she didn’t have too but it made me smile ☺️

Queen nails Thornaby posted a photo of nails on their story I messaged them about these nails and they gave me a price of £55 I said I wanted them without the additional artwork and they stated £40 I asked if the lady responsible for creating the nails was available they said yes she is free (this was not true as I’ve later found out the post was not even their work and another salons creation have attached the work they claimed was done by a lady at their salon)

I entered the salon with bare nails and spent 1 hour removing old gel from my nails and toes and I purposely done this as when I’d paid for a removal service previously they left majority of the gel there which resulted in a bulky appearance, to prevent this happening again I fully removed my gel and I must stress this was gel and not builder I haven’t had builder for over 6 months and do not need it my nails are very strong naturally.

I asked if they could recreate the nails from the story I’d messaged and was told don’t know what ones your on about never tried to look into their old stories on instagram which came across very unhelpful at the time obviously now I know it’s because the nails weren’t actually their work.

So I found a photo myself very similar and said I wanted my nails exactly the same as the picture and my toes to match can you do this? I was told yes and not told anything else or communicated anything about method, colour, french style nothing just yes.

My toes were done to a completely different colour to the picture shown because they have chrome on I trusted the process and expected the chrome to change the end result it did not they looked nothing alike, I stressed ‘look I want my nails exactly like the photo but you have already done my toes a very different colour’ I was told yes this fine

My nails were completed the completely wrong colour they changed the shape and took length off my nails which I didn’t ask for they also added very bulky builder gel to my bare nails which I didn’t ask for builder is supposed to be filed down once cured to give a more aesthetically pleasing finish and to not result in a bulky look this did not happen I am extremely unhappy with my nails they are not completed to a high standard and look nothing like the photo I asked when I got to the til they asked for £45 for my nails and £32 for my toes so I queried the messages and said you told me £40 which they replied yes but you have long nails baring in mind the nails on the picture where very long.

When I got home I was upset that I had just spent £77 for nails that I did not ask for even more so because I asked multiple times if they could do the nails in the picture and they said yes I would of rather they said no and I could have gone elsewhere
I messaged explaining my disappointment and was they were doing an infill on my builder baring in mind my nails were bare and I haven’t had builder in over 6 months I said this is lies you know this is not true they also stated that the nails in the photo are acrylic so that’s why they look different which I asked that’s fine so why didn’t you give me acrylic or communicate what method was in the photo and what you could do to manage my expectations instead of just saying yes and me trusting you to do this especially when you have lied and said the work is of your salon when it is in fact from another salon.

I asked for a refund or to remove my nails and actually do what I asked them to do and they told me they could do! Which they have said all they can do is file my builder down they have applied so it is not bulky or give me 15% off my next visit which I will not be returning as there are only 2 technicians within the salon who’s work is to a high standard. I find this to be very misleading, false advertisement, false prices given before hand and very poor standard of work below is my thumb and the standard of work they left me as an end result, the photo they took credit for along with the prep work I done before hand to have a bare nail and the message they made out was their work
