Had the hydrofacial with jess today and wow my skin looks and feels amazing already. Jess explained everything to me before the treatment and during the treatment at every different step explained what she was doing and asked if it felt ok. The 90 minutes flew by jess made me feel relaxed and comfortable could of stayed all day. Thank you

This was my first visit to Carol’s new salon, and it was lovely to experience the same friendly, personal, and professional atmosphere from Carol, Jess, and the whole team. They’ve created such a comfortable space, and it still has that welcoming feel they’re known for.
Parking was easy and convenient—just a one‑minute walk from the salon, which made the whole visit even smoother.
Courtney was fantastic. Before my hydrofacial, we talked through my goals and she tailored the treatment to get the best results for my skin. It feels amazing now—brighter, tighter, and so refreshed.
The reception area is bright and inviting, with a lovely waiting space, and the treatment room itself was clean, fresh, and beautifully presented.
A brilliant experience from start to finish. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Incredible service today from Jess, she is so attentive and caring towards her clients. It was my first time in the new salon and I am impressed, all of the staff were lovely and friendly and the salon itself is lovely :) look forward to coming back for another appointment :) Really happy with my builder gel nails :)
