Rewriting my review as per trading standards policy and advice aswell as police advice.

i DO NOT recommend beauty box at all. i went in for waxing came out with ripped skin and bruises.
kajal was the therapist and honestly i wish her licensed gets revoked. ive been a regular customer here and got my waxing done with 2 other ladies before one being jyoti and another being deva/veda and they were brilliant! cannot fault them. but kajolon the other hand. bot only did she use the wrong wax but she was doing large areas in the one go!!

my underarms have been left with permanent damage with the skin having been ripped off and scars have been left.

i was BLACKMAILED BY RAJ INTO REMOVING MY GOOGLE REVIEW WHICH I WILL BE RE WRITING - IN ORDER TO GET MY REFUND. All conversation has been saved.

RAJ AND HER COMPANY HAS BEEN REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS AND THE POLICE HAS ALSO BEEN INFORMED.

Not a good experience. I arrived slightly earlier than my appointment to make sure I was not late, when I arrived I was told to wait on. After waiting 35min after my appointment time I wa told the stylest that I was booked with was running late. I was finally seated at 40 min past my appointment time, just before I was about to walk out as I had other appointments that day, hence booking a slot in advance.

Nails felt rushed, stylist was rough on my nails which are now very thin and easily bent.

Builder gel was thick and uneven and I had to ask for the underside of the nail to be cleaned up.

Artist wore gloves (thankfully as some reviews mention they didn't) but station appeared messy. Cling film over arm rest was not changed or wiped between client. Nail file was not new and appeared to have been sterilised between clients. Drill bits and other tools did not appear to have been cleaned between clients either. Some tools, brushes and glue appeared to have been taken from work station next to the one I was at.

There was nowhere to wash my hands after the service to get the dust off so I had to wait until I was at home to do so.

The nails looked good from the top, baring the thickness, once finished, no blemishes or dust in the gel.

Two days later the coloured gel had started to peel at the edge, this happend to two more nails before I removed the extentions.

I do not recommend and will not be back.

Had such a quick and easy threading with Khajol. Came in near the end of her shift and she kindly took us in and was super efficient and speedy 👏🏼👏🏼 Excellent service!

​Lily performed the treatment, and I found her to be incredibly skilled and detail-oriented, with a great ability to listen to client preferences. The Russian lashes she applied have remained perfectly intact.

Absolutely outstanding customer service! I got a gorgeous set of eyelash extensions from Lilly, who couldn't have been nicer and more professional. Very comfortable bed and cushion to lie on, super speedy application and she took great care to work out what would be best for my eye shape. I highly recommend, and am delighted with the results.

Face quickly done with no real effort to ensure all hair removed. Claimed it was too short yet was able to remove lots more at home using a Tweezerman spring.

Been here twice now and really love this salon. Got gel nail extensions with some fabulous nail art, then after about 7 weeks finally found the time to go back for infills. Within this time my nails were still in great condition even if grown out a lot! Their work is amazing, can't believe my nails never chipped or broke during this time especially given the job I have my nails aren't well looked after.

I have anxiety so usually hate going to get my nails done but I feel really comfortable in here and all the staff are lovely. Also my nails were in awful condition so I was a bit embarrassed going but not once did I feel judged.

I was passing through Stirling for a few hours and am so glad I decided to get my nails done here! Super friendly gals and the nails are gorgeous.
