I had a wonderful time getting my face treated by Lorna. The whole experience was so relaxing, with a bit of gossiping thrown in. Afterwards my skin practically glowed and still feels remarkably softer afterwards (a week so far at this point).

The whole experience was very autistic friendly: nice soft lights, gentle music and at each stage she checked that I was ok with what was going on - reassuring me that it's ok if I didn't want to continue. I did, because it was great. She even turned off a water thingy in the corner for me because I could hear the dripping.

I would highly recommend Lorna and her services - which is evident as I'm taking the time to write a google review. I couldn't find where else to sing her praises. So the summary is, nice environment, great services, wonderful lady.

It was my first time experiencing a Hydrafacial. I had a skin consultation first then the Hydrafacial. Lorna is very knowledgeable about skincare and knew what was best for my individual skin type (sensitive with redness). My skin felt really good afterwards, hydrated and glowing and less red! I saw Lorna for a Hydrafacial and a skin consultation. Lorna spoke through how I felt about my skin, and then looked for herself. Lorna tailored products for my skin and I brought a package which includes some products and so far I am loving them. The Hydrafacial was amazing, I walked away with glowing skin that felt clean and unblocked which is exactly what I needed. I am looking forward to my next facial towards the end of the year.
