This was my second visit here(acrylic) , and unfortunately it was a really disappointing experience. I was assisted by the “owner” and the interaction felt very unprofessional. She laughed at me when I asked a simple question and kept changing the pricing after originally giving me a quote based on the photo I showed her.

What upset me even more was that I mentioned I was a student and showed my student ID for the advertised 10% discount, but instead of applying the discount, the price somehow increased. On top of that, she couldn’t even do the right shape that I asked for I had to fix it myself and she even cut my finger three different times during the appointment, which made the experience even worse and very uncomfortable.

I normally try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but after this experience I won’t be returning, and I would not recommend this salon to others.

absolutely awful service, asked for my acrylic nails off and was left with bleeding behind my nails from how low they filed them, in so much pain and my nails are thin as paper. my nails have always been healthy and strong even after wearing acrylics now they have been filed until they are burnt. i’ve had my nails done here previously and the nails were chipped, as well as one of the staff members being very weird with school aged girls
