I booked a facial with Harriet as a birthday treat and went along today knowing I’d come out with glowing skin. What I didn’t expect was the full relaxation package I received. It really was above and beyond what I was expecting and I haven’t felt so relaxed in I can’t remember how long! I will definitely be returning and telling everyone I know to book in themselves. An absolute treat that will be repeated regularly! Thank you so much for helping me have some ‘me time’

I’ve been coming to Sorelle Beauty Salon in Codsall for a few years now and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. I had my first Crystal Clear facial a couple of years ago and my skin felt amazing immediately. I’ve now been having them consistently for around two years, and my skin just keeps getting better and better — which I genuinely didn’t think was possible! It feels so much more plump, glowy and clear.

The treatments themselves feel like a lovely little luxury to have, something I really look forward to. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and it’s such a nice, relaxing environment to go to. Consistency really is key with the facials, and I’d definitely recommend the Crystal Clear, with a peel every now and then as well. A brilliant experience all round.

I visited Sorelle for a radiant glow facial and it was absolutely amazing! The most relaxing treatment I’ve ever had. The team at Sorelle are always kind and welcoming. If you are able to visit, I’d definitely recommend any treatment here for a true luxury experience!

Have left messages twice to arrange an appointment no response - also went into shop to book and was unable to do so - very strange - left details for receptionist to ring me when she was in but again no response very peculiar - have been several times for treatments so am puzzled by this behaviour

I've been a client at Sorelle since it opened and have a Jessica Geleration manicure every fortnight. I also have a Crystal Clear facial which I buy as a course and save money too. They offer a wide range of treatments which I occasionally have.
I love going here, it's relaxing and the welcome is always warm. The level of care and skill are exemplary and I am always pleased with the results.

I went for a Pedicure, which was given to me in a washing up bowl on the floor - not quite the tranquil foot spa experience I had in mind as I could have done that myself at home. The girl doing my pedicure was inexperienced and this was quite clear. The experience I had should have come at a 'junior' price, not full whack.
Overall, disappointed.

I was booked in for a facial as a Christmas present. It was the best facial and beauty treatment experience I have ever received. The facial even included a back and scalp massage as well and the whole experience was just so relaxing. Beautiful salon and lovely staff. Will definitely return soon.
