I’ve been going to Phoebe for years now and honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. She never disappoints. She always listens to exactly what I want, makes me feel so comfortable and I always leave absolutely loving my hair. Such a lovely girl too, I genuinely enjoy the catch-ups and chats every appointment. I’ve even recommended my sister to her, who now goes to her as well. Excellent service. Phoebe is incredibly talented and always puts a lot of effort into achieving my desired hair outcome, as well as aftercare. She always clearly explains what she is doing, the products she is using and how it is helping my hair. The salon itself is welcoming with lots of natural light and Phoebe is very accommodating and friendly. I have received many compliments for the balayage she did for me recently and I left the salon absolutely loving my hair.

Phoebe @mastercrafthair is an absolute superstar! I can be quite picky about my hair but she nails it every single time, always takes the time to discuss exactly what I want & how I feel at each stage of the cut. I have followed her across 3 different salons now & highly highly recommend!

The salon is also clean & decorated with real style - it feels like a treat to go for an hour or two!

Always go to jodie, who works at the beauty box for my daughters hair cut. She always does what i ask and is very welcoming and lovely. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

Been getting my hair done by Phoebe (mastercrafthair_phoebe on IG) for almost 10 years and she smashes every style. Bobs, lobs, balayage, colour blocking... Even a blue bob once. She will work with your inspo and/or make suggestions to make it better than you ever imagined.

Cant recommend enough- Phoebe is the only person i can trust with my hair. I know she will get my full head of blonde highlights perfect everytime. She also cuts my curly hair in the most flattering layers and does the bounciest blow dries for me. The salon is a lovely relaxing and professional atmosphere and phoebe is lovely to spend time with and offers such a friendly service for anyone wanting to try someone new.
