There are other options but few come close! A cleanse, tone and exfoliation is followed by a delightful facial pressure point massage, reminding you that you're truly in the hands of an expert. Neck, shoulder, arm and hand massages follow while a facial mask works its magic. A moisturiser completes this blissful treatment which I thoroughly recommend!

Google Between Christmas and New Year I had the most amazing back, neck, shoulder & scalp massage with Louise. Working in the spa industry, I rarely book treatments as I’m often disappointed — but Louise is incredible.
With years of spa and training experience, she truly knows what she’s doing. You’re in the best hands, especially if you carry tension in your shoulders (like me!).
If you’re in the Hillsborough area, I can’t recommend her enough, 5⭐ spa-level treatments at half the price. I’m already planning my monthly visits!

Google Reiki .. never had it, and fancied trying the experience. Louise explained everything about it and then made me comfortable on the couch. The whole experience exceeded my expectations, not sure what I expected. I felt so relaxed throughout the treatment and came away with a knowledge of how chakra works with your body. At the end I was given a pack of angel cards to shuffle and pick one. The card I picked was so accurate about myself as a person, with the offer of advice.
