I suffer from bad anxiety and was so worried about stepping through the door. Right off from the bat chloe made me feel safe. Walked me through all the steps about my hair which was a mess. I am SO happy my mum found Perfection Hair & Beauty Studios!! I was surprised with a wash, cut and Balayage for my birthday. And all I can say is, this is the best salon I’ve ever been too.

I’ve had some bad experiences in the past, the worst where somewhere else in Hillsborough dyed my hair orange due to them leaving the bleach on too long🫣 I honestly looked like a Sainsbury’s carrier bag! After that I started box dying my hair as I’d lost trust.

The stylist Jonlewis at Perfection Hair & Beauty is an absolute gem. He’s warm, professional, funny and a joy to be around. And the main thing, he is incredibly talented with hair! Check out the before and after photos to see for yourselves! He was so reassuring with me, as I’d explained about my past experiences at a different salon and he was just so lovely. Also, I’m sure we’ve all had this. When you say “just a trim” and you end up losing loads of inches. Well, not with Jonlewis, he listened to me and literally took off my split ends. My hair has never ever looked this good, or this healthy. He also looked at my skin tone and honestly the colour of my hair now literally warms my face up! I’m over the moon, I’ve had so many compliments and I can’t thank him enough.

All the staff at Perfection Hair & Beauty are so friendly, always offering a fresh cup of tea, chatty, smiley and it’s a lovely experience to be in there. They have a lovely back garden with seating, outside and inside is clean, the chairs are comfy (a must when sitting for hours!) the products are lovely. I literally can’t fault anything about my experience here!

Thank you to Jonlewis and all the staff for making me feel special on my birthday (and bringing me my confidence back!)
