Absolutely love my nails from Nail Design Gleadless! I had infills with a classic white French tip design and they turned out perfect. The attention to detail was amazing and the finish looks so clean and elegant. The staff were really friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Great service, lovely atmosphere, and my nails always last so well. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be coming back!

IF I could give this nail shop 0 stars I would! My daughter came here for some French tips, a very simple design with no intricate work. These nails were WONKY and chipped off within a matter of days. I told her to go back to the nail shop to ask for them to fix them and he GRABBED her hand in an attempt to force her to pay ten pounds, disgusting service. Nails are awful and my daughter is now sat crying

LAST time I will be coming as someone who has been going there for over 2 years once a month. The last 3 months they’ve rushed my nails causing them to chip off after a week which has never happened before. This time I finally went to ask if they can fix it as this is the 3rd month in a row this has happened and they tried to charge me £10 to fix the chipping that they caused even though I got them done last week so the CURED gel nail polish shouldn’t be chipping off this quickly, there was also nail bubbles inside the nail from the day it happened but again I just ignored it but it’s come to point where I’ve just had enough I’ve wasted so much money on this place for them to just be constantly rude.

I can’t recommend this nail shop enough. The service is consistently excellent, the staff are welcoming and professional, and they always do an incredible job with my nails. I’ve been many times and have never had any complaints. It’s clear they really care about their clients and the quality of their work.

Very disappointing experience. A man at the salon spoke to me very rudely in front of other customers, which made me feel upset and uncomfortable. The staff were speaking in their language and insulting or talking badly about customers, which felt very unprofessional. Overall the service was poor and the atmosphere was not welcoming. I would not recommend this place.
