I called to ask the price of a trim to my fringe, NO wash, NO styling, NO blow dry.
First problem - the noise in the salon was so LOUD the woman who answered could barely hear me.
Second problem - after she'd yelled to ask the price the shouted reply was that it depended on how much needed trimming.
Third and FINAL problem - BEFORE I could explain what needs doing the call was ended BY THEM!
No apology for the noise.
NO attempt to listen ito my response to the yelled 'it depends'.
NOT EVEN a
"Goodbye thanks for calling."
They couldn't have been LESS helpful or MORE ignorant if they'd tried. 😡
Now it's easy to understand why their newest review is OLD!
As you can guess I WILL NOT be making another attempt to make an appointment

I was staying in the area during one of our many house sits. I Googled high rated hair salons and came across this one and was so pleased I did.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Booking my appointment was a breeze, and upon arrival, Sam (an absolute hoot), Julie and Shaunna were incredibly friendly and chatty, creating a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

An enjoyable experience indeed.

The staff were lovely, the place is clean.
But I wasn't impressed with my hair cut, it didn't look much different from when I went, not much was really taken of for the price I paid.
And when I got home hubby thought I had changed my mind,as he couldn't see any difference.
