Google Had an appointment booked for a specific time and was made to wait 50 minutes before I was seen. Why have an appointment booking system and then not honour appointments? There was 2 people waiting when I got there unsure if they were walk-ins or appointments but appointments should always be prioritised!! They didn’t apologise or tell me when I got there that they running behind!!

Google This is the worse experience of my life today what they done to my toes was discusting I was clearly upset the lady hurt my feet while having a pedicure my nails got filed wrong I’m not happy at all

Lovely people, brilliant for last minute appointment!
BUT made you do a review before they completed the service for you/you saw the finished product.
Took phone and actually did the review themselves. Leaving me thinking that all reviews I had read (reason I made an appointment!) were completely false.
For price of service the nails were average.
Real shame, lovely people but deceiving reviews.

Hi, it is really shame that you have edited your review after 1 month of your treatment. If you are not happy with the service you need to tell us before you leave instead of changing comments after 1 month. We never force our customers to leave reviews if you dont want to. The reason why I asked you to leave your review at the salon is because we need to get back our scan card, you can’t take that home to scan. That is all. It is really bad if you leave a 2 start only because we let you do the review in the shop. Thank you!
