Google Chelsea was so efficient and proffesional, she advised that a previous nail tech had filed to much into my nails and because of this we filed them right down! Absolutly fantastic service, fantastic team. Already booked with chelsea again

Google Appalling customer service they tried to arrange an appointment I have had for a month last minute. I booked time off work for this. I rushed about to get to the salon earlier only to be told they have given away the appointment they wanted me to change to!!!!
So rude and unprofessional. No discount offered for the inconvenience so now I have lost earnings at work for nothing!!! Very angry 😡
