I’ve been coming to this salon regularly and they never disappoint. The quality is always consistent, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming every time. Their 'new sets' of nails are lovely but they operate a conveyor belt type of establishment. I had a full set and had grown my nails considerably with the help of these tips using builder gel. I visited on Saturday morning and what should have been a simple buff down and infill turned out to be a complete butchery of my own nails! The young lad who ive only seen in the shop twice filed my long nails to stumps, filed the entire builder gel off my own nails with an electric file and continued to drill into my own nail surface to the point he had massacred them entirely! They ended up short stumps, that were wafer thin! This is a shop that relies on high turnover and complete new sets every time. They DO NOT care about nail health! If you're wanting to grow your own nails and you care about nail health - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I hate my nails theyre not what i asked for and i couldnt wait to leave! What an absolute sham!

My first time here today getting a full set of long acrylics, don’t let the bad reviews put you off, greeted with friendly faces and a smile as I walked in the door and the lady who did my nails did an incredible job they were stunning! exactly what I asked for! would highly recommend and I will be a returning customer 😊

Staff was very unprofessional the gentleman doing my nails was very rough while doing them and also kept tutting at the design I chose and he didn’t even do the design properly not happy with my nails only left because I couldn’t get out quick enough will not be back!

Had to get nails redone, biab was so thick I did say, then done design but ended up not being able to do it so asked to wipe off and just paint, paint was bubbly and had fluff in it, when filling off design left the black on and tried to paint over it with a pink, when i pointed this out the man got clearly frustrated with me.

Staff were lovely but found it very hard to understand them. A woman next to me had to translate for me. I got gel removed and replaced on my finger nails on saturday 25th May. I also got nail strengthener (babil) or whatever it is called.

The gel came off one of my nails yesterday (29th may) and my nail snapped (after paying an extra £5, for nail strengthener babil). Not happy with this service. I wont be wasting my money again.
