Google I booked a last minute appointment and I’m so glad I did, as the salon was really busy. Hoa did my nails and they look fantastic. The staff were all very friendly, and the salon was immaculate. I would highly recommend Hollywood Nails!

Google I got my biab nails done here 5 weeks ago. Nothing is chipped, my natural nails grow very quick, and biab keeps them strong. Lovely cat eye colour. Highly recommend to everyone and will definitely come back x

Google terrible experience, was in with my teenage friends who are girls. there was 3 mans working doing our nails! they started being really creepy and making all of us feel really uncomfortable asking where we are going after we leave and telling them we are going home they say i follow you home?? “he follow you” and starts laughing with each other they where asking what age we where and very personal information. couldn’t think of a worse place to get your nails done never going back.
Owner Response:
Hi Bobby,
We’re very sorry to hear that you felt uncomfortable during your visit. That is never the experience we want any of our customers to have.
We would like to clarify that the staff members involved do not speak English very well. They were asking about your age only to check the correct pricing, as we offer a 15% student discount for school and college students. There was absolutely no intention to make you feel uncomfortable or to ask inappropriate personal questions.
We sincerely apologise if anything was misunderstood or if the way it was communicated made you feel uneasy. Your comfort and safety are very important to us, and we will make sure to remind our team to be more mindful in the future.
Thank you for your feedback.
