Sat here waiting 20-minutes for a pre-paid (deposit anyway) appointment for manicure; my first impression is that they don’t want my repeat business. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Had a really lovely gel nail polish today with a new metallic polish. Jess is a total professional and I especially love the way my nails shimmer 😊

Amazing warm bamboo massage bought as a birthday gift. My first time having anything of the sort but was made to feel welcome, relaxed and comfortable from the off. Lovely mellow music throughout, and oils chosen to fit the answers to questions asked at the beginning - even a little mix of the oils given as a take away gift at the end! Awesome, personalised service - will definitely return 😍

Jessica is an amazing therapist, very knowledgeable and always there to listen when you need an ear, Jessica isnt just a therapist, she is a friend and shoulder when you need one. She goes above and beyond for her clients and that's what puts her in a totally different league to anyother therapist.
